How do I register for the Turkey Trot races?
All participants must register online, or in person at packet pickup only.

Where do I pick up my packet?
Turkey Trot Packet Pickup Location: Century II, 225 W. Douglas Ave, Wichita KS, 67202
Time: Friday, November 21st from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM or Saturday, November 22nd from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM

Can you mail my packet to me?
No, all packets for the Turkey Trot must be picked up at Century II on Friday, November 21st from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM or Saturday, November 22nd from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM

Can I pick up my Turkey Trot packet on race day?
Yes, packets can be picked up on race day on Saturday, November 22nd from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM

Can a friend pick up my packet for me?
Yes, participants unable to get to packet pickup may have someone else pick up their packet for them. Their representative must show a copy of a photo ID and a signed note with confirmation signed by the registrant to pick up the packet and premiums.

Can I change races?
Yes, you can change races online via the original outlet that you used to register (RunSignUp). This can also be done by contacting the Race Director at pfm@wichitasports.com. Changes can also be made at Packet Pickup the day before the race.

I am injured. Can I get a refund?
Sorry, but we do not give refunds or transfers. Participants unable to participate may pick up their runner packet and turn in their timing chip. They can also have someone else pick up their packet for them. Their representative must show a copy of a photo ID and a signed note with confirmation by the registrant to pick up the packet and premiums.

Where is my chip located?
We use a chip timing system for both the start and finish of the race. Your chip will be attached to the back of your bib number. Make sure you don’t crease or fold your timing chip as it may cause the chip to malfunction and not track your time.

What happens if I leave my bib number in my hotel room on race day?
If you forget to bring your bib number on race day and don’t time before the start of the race to retrieve it, please visit the information tent by the start line and see a race official.

Can we keep our race bib?
Yes, you will be able to keep your race bib after the race.

Are strollers allowed in the races?
Yes, strollers are allowed in the races.

Can we create team shirts, signs and fun costumes for race day?
Yes, we highly encourage teams to have as much fun as possible and encourage social interaction to show your Turkey Trot spirit!
